THE METHOD
Meet the EMP®.
The Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile® is an evidence-based assessment developed by the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College in the United States. It examines 14 personality traits and skills associated with entrepreneurial thinking and action.
Through our relationship with ILD Germany, we use the profile as a starting point for reflection and development, not a label or a promise of future performance.
